Staff
The Company is headed by Paul Scott who has a BA Degree (with Commendation) in Town Planning and has been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute for over 30 years. He has also previously been an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Experience
Paul worked for nearly 20 years for a number of Local Planning Authorities in the South and East of England and London. For over 10 years prior to forming Scottplan, he was the sole partner in his own Chartered Planning Consultancy based on the Surrey / Hampshire / Berkshire borders, and then more recently a Director of Audley Planning Associates Ltd, a firm of Planning and Development Consultants based near Staines, Surrey.
